To
qualify for a POWERFIN product line dealership, you must have a current (and updated) website that displays the PowerFin Logo
and take a minute to explain what "ADDED VALUE" your company will bring to the PowerFin Propeller product line. Because if the client is not going to gain anything (i.e., support, questions/concerns locally addressed) from your company, then why should they buy PowerFin Props from you? Or in other words, what benefit
will the client realize by buying PowerFin products from your company? And submit
via an Email attachment at least
ONE
of the following documents:
1.
State Resale Certificate - A copy of the actual document is required, not
a letterhead with a resale number. The business must be fulfilling an
active aviation related function.
2.
Articles of Incorporation - In your articles, there is a page that
includes both the business name and the signature of your Secretary of
State... a copy of that page will suffice.
3.
Any recent correspondence issued from the USA federal government which
includes both your aviation related business and your Federal
Identification number.
AND,
we would like to request at least 3 of your client references that include...
Any
business that is offered a dealership must be fulfilling an active aviation related function and have an aviation related name for their legal business; being
;
fully capable of supporting their clientele.
John Smith Enterprises, for instance, cannot obtain a dealership from POWERFIN. Legal business will generally have at least two of the above documents but only a website and one of the documents is necessary to qualify as a dealer.
If
you do qualify for a dealership at POWERFIN you can receive a discount
off the published retail prices. However,
it doesn’t really make sound business sense for the factory to give discounts to Dealer's with yearly orders of: one’zys and two-zys; therefore, there is a minimum ANNUAL Purchase requirement of 20-Blades or 5 complete Propeller assemblies (Hub & Blades) to maintain a dealership status.
Retail
prices are published at our www.POWERFIN.com/pricing.htm
website. Please
contact us directly for Dealer discount percentages.
Also,
additional Dealer
discounts will be available; based upon volume and consistency. Dealer
terms are payment before delivery, either via Visa, M/C or check.
We
feel that this is
a generous dealership policy to those who are serious about their aviation
enterprise. The policy promotes safety and helps to insure the longevity
of sport aviation, both of which add to the profit potential of those who
make aviation their field of endeavor.

Our
foreign
sales and dealership policy is established to ascertain that POWERFIN
propeller dealers are serious vendors of aviation. In the
U.S.A., we can do this with the presents of a current website
that has the PowerFin Logo, images showing the PowerFin Propellers and references,
along with evidence that your company is a legitimate dealer of aviation related equipment or services.
From
country to country, however, the documents that establish a legal business are different and the management of POWERFIN is unable to scrutinize each document for authenticity. Therefore, our foreign dealer policy is based solely on a website with a www.Powerfin.com link
and yearly sales volume. Unfortunately, we do
understand that there will be some smaller, legitimate dealers who won’t have the
opportunity purchase wholesale POWERFIN propellers because of this policy, but we must have some guidelines that steer us towards dealers that are serious vendors; fully capable of supporting their clientele.
A
POWERFIN dealership is available to any person who can meet either of the
following terms:
- You
may purchase three Propeller assemblies (or 10-Blades) at full retail
price within your first six-months of your Dealer Application in order
to achieve dealership status. Every propeller sold after the 10th propeller will be discounted.
- If
you purchase five Propeller assemblies (or 15-Blades) with your first
order, you will immediately receive a discount on the entire order
and hence establish your dealership.
Once
qualified for a dealership at POWERFIN, a discount is applied to
future sales (until you do NOT meet the minimum annual order quotas. There
is a yearly minimum of five Propeller assemblies or 20-Blades to maintain
your dealership. Dealers that do not meet the minimum sales requirement
will need to re-qualify.
