DEALERSHIP TERMS - DOMESTIC
To qualify for a dealership at Powerfin Inc. you must submit
by fax at least
following documents:
1. State Resale Certificate - A copy of the actual document is
required, not a letterhead with a resale number. The business must have an
aviation related name.
2. Articles of Incorporation - In your articles there is a
page that includes both the business name and the signature of your Secretary
of State. That page will suffice.
3. Any recent correspondence issued from the
Any business offered a dealership must have an aviation
related name to his or her legal business. John Smith Enterprises, for
instance, cannot obtain a dealership from Powerfin Inc. Legal business will
generally have at least two of the above documents but only one is necessary to
qualify as a dealer.
If you qualify for a dealership at Powerfin Inc. you receive
a 20% discount off the published retail prices. There are no yearly or monthly
minimums or quotas but inactive dealers may be asked to requalify. Retail
prices are published at our web site www.powerfin.com. Further discounts are
available but are based upon volume and consistency.
This is a generous dealership policy to those who are
serious about their aviation enterprise. The policy promotes safety and helps
to insure the longevity of sport aviation, both of which add to the profit
potential of those who make aviation their field of endeavor.
